Removing and Installing Fiberglass Insulation in a Gulf Shores Commercial Building

A local management company called us asking for help with one of their commercial buildings in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The HVAC and been leaking in the attic and mold was all over the insulation and leaking through the ceiling drywall. There were also rats living up in the insulation! 

We worked fast and got all of the existing blown in fiberglass (and mold and rat feces on the insulation) removed! 

Once that was extracted a mold remediation company and HVAC company came in to treat the attic and repair the AC and ductwork. After everything was fixed, our team went back in and reinstalled brand new fiberglass insulation. 

No more mold. No more leaks. And no more contaminated insulation!
